Spyro: DoD - Fate of the Series/Saga...?It is simply news on the state of affairs when it comes to the future of this massive fanfic series and all its sequels/spinoffs/etc. etc..
Okay, where do I begin...
Oh yes, as many of you have noticed lately I have started posting the revised Season 2 episodes here. But what you don't know is that due to things happening in my life right now I am thinking about cancelling this series altogether. Yep, I am starting to feel like I am wasting my time and that all the hard work I am doing is not really appreciated that much. Strange..., I know... I say this simply because I know this series has fans but I guess I am just depressed and tired.
The biggest problem is that I am starting to loss interest in the Spyro franchise as a whole due to my own original stories. I don't why
I have grown tired of Spyro lately. I guess it maybe due to the massive workload I am struggling with lately. It could be my failing health. It could be screwed up family problems or just all the crappy real world garbage I have to deal with day by day. All I know is that what started out as fun is becoming more a chore and I hate chores because I have too many on my plate right now as it is. I don't need to have nervous breakdown because of this...
Also, due to my professional writing career starting to take off I don't have nearly as much time to dedicate to working on this massive series anymore. Then there is the fact that no one is bothering to review or even comment on the revised episodes that is making me reluctant to continue. I will keep uploading the new versions of the older season 2 episodes but once that is done there will be a pause to see what happens. What I asking from you guys to please do me a favor everyone and REVIEW REVIEW REVIEW! Tell me what you think of these new director's cut/revised Season 2 episode editions of the original FANFICTION.NET series. I have put a lot of effort into creating this whole series already for all of you Spyro fans because I wanted to give you all quality work. Please take the time to comment on these episodes and tell me what you think of the new scenes or dialogue. Did you like the new versions of the original episodes?
Reviewing would greatly help me continue to improve my skill and talent as a writer. It would also tell me how much you guys like this series. Do you guys love it or hate it? Should I cancel it or continue it? It is up to you guys what I decide to do from here on out.
I already have most of the final 4 seasons of episodes outlined and planned. That is over a 100+ new episodes of this series to come. Whether or not I go on and finish this saga up for all you to read and enjoy is up to you guys. So please share your thoughts and opinions...

It is a brand new story that takes place in an alternate timeline version of the Insomniac Spyro universe. It is the story of an 17 year old Spyro the dragon who must forfill an ancient prophecy that says he is destined to become a great leader. Ember and Flame, along with Hunter, Bianca and Elora will co-star in this film with him as they fight against a whole new group of enemies.
This film is being set up as the first of three film trilogy.
The original release date was to be this November but at the moment that date has been removed due to various issues dealing with the complex cgi animation itself as well as funding problems. The film, at the moment is a fan-film, however due to the high level of detail and work that is being done to make the characters as photo-realistic as possible while retaining a slight cartoon look may change all that.
When I said the film takes place in an alternate timeline I meant it. The new storyline makes use of both the Legend of Spyro universe and the original universe by combining them into one timeline with brand new elements and history thrown in for good measure.
And yes, the films are only the beginning of what I calling the 'Spyro Re-imagined' project. This is in essence a semi-reboot of the whole Spyro franchise in an original movie universe setting. While the films are inspired by the games they are based on an entirely new storyline.
